Philippians 2:5
“Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus.”
There are keys to Gods heart that makes you one of His favourite and trusted Sons after born again. The essence of your true living is not performance, but being people-centred, which is the mentally of Christ, the heart beat of Heaven.
Every move of God throughout Scripture has always been people-centred, not in a carnal or self-serving way, “but in God’s redemptive intent to reach, heal, and restore humanity.”
“But when He saw the multitudes, He was moved with compassion for them, because they were weary and scattered….”Matthew 9:36
The word “compassion” here is derived from “splagchna”meaning the inward parts, the bowels,
“the deepest seat of your emotion.”
This shows that Jesus’ compassion wasn’t sentimental, it was a deep, spiritual stirring from the core of His being.
“Jesus’ ministry was not crowd-centred but heart-centred.” He didn’t just see needs; He felt the pain beneath those needs.
He embodied the love of the Father, the same love that moved God to send Him. (John 3:16).
Compassion shares its root meaning from “womb.”
This reveals that divine compassion is womb-like, nurturing, protective, and birthing restoration, and caring for that which your Heavenly Father loves.
“When you carry God’s heart, you don’t just see broken people, you carry them in your spiritual womb until they are healed, delivered, and reborn in Christ.”
Romans 9:1-3
“I tell the truth in Christ, I am not lying, my conscience also bearing me witness in the Holy Spirit, that I have great sorrow and continual grief in my heart. For I could wish that I myself were accursed from Christ for my brethren, my countrymen according to the flesh,”
Apostle Paul didn’t minister from distance, he ministered from affection. “He carried people in his womb.”
He didn’t just preach truth, truth, he lived the truth and impacted lives. He didn’t just deliver sermons, he delivered himself. He carried people in his spirit, interceding, weeping, writing, and rejoicing over their growth (Galatians 4:19).
Abraham interceded for Sodom Genesis 18:16-33.
Moses didn’t pleaded for Israel, he carried them in his womb. When he told God.
Exodus 32:32
“Yet now, if You will forgive their sin, but if not, I pray, blot me out of Your book which You have written.”
My question today is, who are you carrying in your womb? In your church, family, and community?
Colossians 4:12
“Epaphras, who is one of you, a bondservant of Christ, greets you, always laboring fervently for you in prayers, that you may stand perfect and complete in all the will of God.” Galatians 4:19
To be people-centred is to be Christ-minded. Carry others in prayer until Christ is formed in them. And until there’s restoration. Amen!
Declaration:
Thank you Father, Help me to carry people in my spiritual womb until they are birthed into destiny.
I am extension of Heaven’s compassion on earth in Jesus’ name. Amen!
